I have a friend who really likes me. Recently began to smoke, and very difficult. It is a small one. Even if not addicted, you see that on the way, I feel depressed, I want to stop. How can I do that?

I have tried for centuries, everything I tried to leave books to read pills, patches, tried to counter, said some of the smoke needs replaced as cold turkey, is a spray with once-daily, which has greatly helped the longest I went without if an offer of two free bottles made cost, but what really works.
You can not force someone to do something .. esp quit!
Tell them how not to smoke around you like .. The smell is really awful, and if you smell smoke coming from them, I say (in a form) as comfortable as possible
my friend smokes and I hate it .. I can not stop, but I refuse to let the smoke in the car (not smoke it at home anyway) and I'll kiss my usual, having a smoke .. I let him know that the smoke and smells terrible - never the time, but often .. I hope it will stop, but you have the choice!
